| Just a curiosity, second from the bottom on the far right of the photo, is that Asperatus? It looks similar but it's hard to tell. | |

| Marianne, hard to tell looking at that picture isnt it but i can see why you asked the question. I have no idea what sort of conditions cause Asperatus to form so cant even really comment there either. Plenty of nice cloudscapes about but im so down with the no storm front that i just cant be bothered to even get out and take a few shots of what little is here. Weather....puh | |

| Oh my apologies Marianne, I totally missed your post there! I believe it is, although quite a small snippit of cloud there to see it. Not sure how it is formed either like Upps so will get me book out! | |
